VCSP New Website Launch Announcement
The Virginia Cyber Security Partnership (VCSP) is excited to announce the launch of our website! The organization has been successfully and intentionally operating without a website since inception in 2012. The organization continues to pride itself on serving a network of trusted cyber security professionals, i.e. our members. After extensive deliberation by the Advisory Board, and input from our members, we collectively agreed that creating a more public profile was in the best interest of members and in achieving our mission to serve and secure the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Earlier this year we partnered with one of our members from Sevens Interactive to develop our website. After months of hard work and dedication, we are delighted to officially announce our launch. The new site is now available and the URL is www.vacsp.com.
Our goal with this new website is to provide our members, and potential members, an easier way to learn about VCSP’s benefits and offerings, and also to allow the members to browse information based on their own choice.
As of our launch, the VCSP serves nearly 300 members annually representing over 100 organizations within the public and private sectors. Our members make up a diverse industry portfolio which enables richer information sharing. We are excited to enter this next chapter for our organization, and we will continue to enhance and add capabilities to our website during 2019, so check back often.
A new year brings new opportunities and new goals. In 2019 we will transition from our current membership practices to those provided through our website and web portal. We are also going to be aggressive with expanding our mission objective programs and membership engagement.
