Reginal Bryant has 25 years of experience leading transformational initiatives, enabling business priorities and outcomes in Financial Services, Defense, Intelligence, & Aviation sectors. He is currently a Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer with the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, where he leads and provides strategic direction for Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond (5th District) IT functions and support Federal Reserve National Business lines, Board of Governors, and external Federal Agency missions with Application Development, Information Security, Data Analytics & Engineering, and/or Product, Program, & Project services. Prior to that, Reginal served in significant leadership roles in the Federal Reserve’s National Information Technology (NIT) organization to include Executive in Charge of the Enterprise Information Security Program, Enterprise Insider Risk Management, Cyber Resilience and
NIT’s Information System Security Officer (ISSO). Before joining the Federal Reserve, Reginal was an Air Force Officer, serving in Cybersecurity and Information Technology leadership roles worldwide, to include the National Security Agency. Reginal earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and master’s degree in management information systems from The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) while working in Europe. In 2018, Reginal completed Harvard Business School’s 25th General Management Program. He also holds several IT and security professional certifications.
