Ron Browne holds the title of CISO/Global Vice President at Owens & Minor, a Fortune 500 global healthcare solutions company that integrates product manufacturing and delivery, home health supply, and perioperative services to support care through the hospital and into the home. As CISO, Ron is accountable for leading the development and implementation of the Cybersecurity program that aligns with O&M’s business objectives. Prior to joining Owens & Minor, Ron held the position of Director/Cybersecurity Operations at Capital One, where he was responsible for and led the company’s Endpoint Security and Data Loss Prevention programs for over 60k employees/contractors.
Ron is a CISSP and CISM certified security leader with over 25 years of experience in endpoint security, data loss prevention, risk management, regulatory compliance, and identity/access management at large Fortune 500 companies.
